not sleeping...

not sleeping is the suck. I have to be up early to get in at the clinic. my hand is throbing and painfull through the vicoden I took and I just wana cry Im so tired. I jsut cant get comfortable. Im hoping that adding a couple milligrams of sleeping pill will help. wish me luck.
